Windows XP does not let users without without passwords access the folders you share, even though you set up those users with no passwords on your computer and you shared the folders and said to give everybody full access. It seems that Microsoft knows you really don't want to do that, but you are too stupid to figure it out for yourself, so they put code in Windows to stop you.

Pick Start, Run or open a command prompt and type gpedit.msc and hit Enter. Navigate to the spot shown and disable the thing.
