Remove Windows 9x passwords

How can I get rid of that pesky Windows 9x logon dialog? What if I don't know the password?

It's easy - just delete files named *.pwl

If that doesn't do it, start Control Panel, launch the Network applet and set "Primary Network Logon" to "Windows Logon."
